Previous month, we saw ixwebhosting upgraded their data centre and moved to a new location. During the month of april, there was some service interruption during the migration. But ix hosting technical team managed to migrate the servers and websites in shorter time than scheduled. Which mean the service interruption is far less than expected.

As many people not knowing that ixwebhosting and hostexcellence in actually located in the same location or datacentre. And they both are from same company. Just that hostexcellence is new company and targeted at different market segment. Probably i am the first one to discover this. While reviewing ix web hosting and hostexcellence hosting, i discover that their phone number are very identical, using the same type of hosting control panel hsphere, IP address are from same network mask, and they are located in same datacentre as well. 
Hostexcellence is offering a bit more expensive hosting package. And currently only offering package start from $6.95 with 6 domain hosting. And also unlimited domain hosting package. Compared to ixwebhosting, the smallest package $3.95 package is missing. Other than that, ixwebhosting is offering much more services like merchant services, web design services, etc etc.
Ixwebhosting is a very good hosting company with good server uptime. I been using it since few months back, and happy with what i paid for. Really worth it! I also belief that hostexcellence will do the same, or might be even better.
