At localtime 6pm, 25th May 2007, first time i having ftp downtime. The website still can appear as normal, and wordpress blog are accessible like normal days. However, just the ftp account can not be login/accessible. I am using cuteftp ftp client to make ftp connection. Might be a short downtime, so i waited after 10 minutes, and try to make the ftp connection to ix server again. I got the same ftp problem again. The FTP log as following:

I try to login from webbrowser to ftp server, still can not connect to server. Frustrated at the beginning, but later i search online for the error message explaination. It lead me to a setting changes on cuteftp software. Change the detect mode to port, and not the auto mode instead. This solved the connected issue. So, the problem is as my side actually.
