Thats the reason that caused the downtime. They promised to get my sites back up and running in short time. Actually after the live chat session, i visited my website, including this review blog, its back online.

Total downtime is estimated to be within 10 minutes, and its caused by scheduled maintenance. Cause of its a short duration of interuption and downtime, customer is not necessary to get informed and panic for the 10 minutes time. Well, i can accept that, as long the server is maintained at their best quality.

Experience IXwebhosting

When i using outlook express to connect to Ixwebhosting email pop3 account. I keep getting the “authentication failure” error from outlook. I relogin to ixwebhosting manager, and change the email password. And check with outlook express settings. Both are correct, webmail can access the emails. But outlook still can’t connect to mail server.

After tired of trying, i visited ixwebhosting homepage, and started live chat with technical support. The live chat took almost 10 minutes. Because the support personal is helping by setup outlook at his machine. .. first time in history, actually the support team is simulation the scenario, just to help me solved the problem.
