After i signup Ixwebhosting business plan and given 8 IP address for free, and i used 2 of them at my both website hosted with ixwebhosting. I start to realise that the site is perform much faster than any shared IP host.
I did a quick research online, and gather some information about advantage of dedicated IP to any website. First of all, website with dedicated IP can be access from IP address or from the domain name. This is big advantage, as the IP address is accessible all time, regardless availability of DNS domain name.
On network wise, the routing load for dedicated IP site is much lighter. As the data packet are requested directly. No need to go through routing table and look for the account, and then go to your virtual server, this is what tedious about in shread IP server.
Finally is email spam protection. If a user in shared IP, use the smtp server to send out junk/spam mail, then the whole IP might be banned, or those mail from this IP will not reach their receipient.
