This IXwebhosting review blog had been hosted at ixwebhosting for four weeks plus now, and i just found out about this, when i check the calendar. So far, the hosting is good, and not disapointing in any. And definately there is no thinking to switch to other hosting provider, or even ask for a full refund. 
Four week back, i sign up ixwebhosting and got the control panel. Took me little extra time to get used to their control panel. And later on, i upgrade the hosting plan to business plan, due to increase number of websites hosted with ix. The addon domain is painless and smooth, the database creation is simple, features are just like cpanel provided. This host allow me to add domain even i haven’t change the nameserver setting to ixwebhosting.com, and this is a good features for me to moved my running website to ix hosting. Simply is that, i duplicate the site data to ix hosting, and then addon the domain, and then only make the nameserver changes. Once the propagation completed, the domain is now pointed to ixwebhosting, and my site is running from ix. With minimum interuption. Great.
Few hours back, i face little downtime, due to their datacentre and server upgrading work. Overall it took less than 10 minutes. And my website online after that. The support if frank and honest to let me know in details. Thanks for that.
