www.ixwebhostingreview.org is hosted at ixwebhosting with business package. And i can host a maximum of 8 domains/websites here. Today while browing my websites hosted here, i notice that the sites is suddently not available and most likely is server problem or downtime. Website downtime is very common to any hosting provider, and usually its take just few minutes to be available again. It’s very important that at any issue, you can reach the customer support team at the quickest, and solve the problem on the spot. If this issue is to be solved through emails, i don’t think it will ever get solved, and customer will upsad cause need to resend many emails repeatingly explaining the problem that the hosting support can’t see it at the time.
