IXWebhosting has many pros as you mention, but lately I have read a lot of negative reviews. It is better to consider value, not price and savings.

ixwebhosting is one of the strong brand.. off-cource we are having good experience with them so far. Monthly service uptime is greate for all 5 ix hosting accounts that we own.
oftenly new user or customer not sure what they doing, thing take time to get right, and oftenly this the time to consult help from ix support. Any technical issue should be forward to ix support team via email ticket or live chat online. Thats the way to get thing solve at the end.
