They don't use a standard cpanel platform, their technical people don't come forth with the truth and I've had several outages with them. I'm really not impressed at all by their services. For example, on the outages or slowdowns, it's not unusual to loose access to all of my sites for 20-30 minutes every couple of days. When every minute is potentially worth $1, that's costing me about $30 per day for ixwebhosting. I’m not impressed by ixwebhosting.
