This september 2008, ix web hosting had updated their homepage and introducing a new design theme. Much more user friendly, and highlighted its hosting services and new products that including: web design service, merchant account, ecommerce service, echat service, etc
And the ixwebhosting support (live chat) button had been moved to homepage too. Previously its appear in support page only. This appear to be more convenient and more accessible, even for new user.
