The services has always been sub-standard but when they moved they data center to Russia? Things were to sub-standard to almost unbearable. I’m not going to go into the numerous weekly chats I have with them when “They isn’t a problem on there side”. I’m just going to say PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from this hosting company.

ix web hosting data center and servers and network are located in US, Hopkinsville.
their hosting support with online live chat appear to be outsourced. Thus you usually get to chat with support people with russian name for example.
i belief in the previous week, its a very busy week for on site support team. As the antivirus hack had wide spreading. And thus many server are effected. I have 2 email ticket sent to them by friday, and issue only managed to get solved on monday.. another on wednesday.
