I can not install drupal on your server as below reason.
register_globals is enabled. Drupal requires this configuration directive to be disabled. Your site may not be secure when register_globals is enabled.

Just create a ticket and they will place a custom php.ini in your domain folder with all settings required by drupal.

The performance of my drupal site on IX web hosting is very slow. looks like it is blocked at the database connection. I must wait about 15 or more time to display a page, and if I refresh several page the site then can not be opened. Are you sure IX web hosting can support the Drupal? BTW, my drupal is 6.19.

we are sure drupal is supported with ix web hosting. We have conducted the setup test on ix web hosting account.
we are conducting second test at this moment right now. Just to confirmed on the slowness issue.
Is the best to contact ix support team directly, get them to visit your drupal website, and they will get the server issue fixed. Sometime it can be caused by database issue as well.
