you have to login to ix control panel, and go to the ftp account section to get your password changed. Apply the new password to your smartftp client and try again.

I can not log on to my webpage at IX to post updates. What am I doing wrong? This is my third request for help and I have received NO response nor have I received confirmation that you received my email.
