Please take note that ix web hosting have wide range of DNS nameserver field. Not just 2 domain nameservers, they have many DNS server… i had seen the figure goes to 14… there might be more.
I having few hosting account with ix web hosting, and from the ixwebhosting setup email that i received, following are the pair of domain nameservers that i am suppose to use:
- Ix web hosting pimary nameserver: ns7.ixwebhosting.com
- Ix web hosting secondary nameserver: ns8.ixwebhosting.com
- Ix web hosting pimary nameserver: ns11.ixwebhosting.com
- Ix web hosting secondary nameserver: ns12.ixwebhosting.com
- Ix web hosting pimary nameserver: ns13.ixwebhosting.com
- Ix web hosting secondary nameserver: ns14.ixwebhosting.com
Following are few of the ixwebhosting nameserver that i received, there might be many more. Thus, you should refer to ix web hosting account setup email that you received. Your domain name should point to these DNS corrected, and so your website can be hosted with ixwebhosting.
