Today i research on Ixwebhosting affiliate system. And its claimed for payment of up to $150. When ever you refer a new customer to ix hosting, you will receive commissions starting at $50 up to $150 for each successful signup. With no limit of how much you could earn each month, and no monthly minimum to meet.
Personally i think this is too good to be true. Later i read through their agreements for affiliate signup, and found out that you will need to have account minimum of $360. which means, before meeting that amount, you can not withdraw any money from your earning. If you refering $50 per sales, then you will need 8 new signup, just to get your first $40
Although at ix web hosting, they claimed their best affiliate is making $10k+ each month, and that will need 200 sales each month at minimum, and that is almost 7 sales each day. wow.. thats really hard to hit, and almost impossible. Even you invested in lots on advertising or google adwords, bet your bills will be killing you. Because to get 200 sales, and with 2% clickthrough, and 5% success convertion for example. You will need 4000 click through, and for adwords bidding, that will easily cost you above 10k in cost. The best bid you can place is $2.50, which can bought you position 1-3… What if your clicks is not converting, you will running broke in paying those ads cost.
Every affiliate system gots its pros and cons, here is why i love to review the hosting itself, and never forget to review their affiliate system as well.

ixwebhosting affiliate is not stating clearly their aff payout rate.. and this can cause some confusion when you are receiving $50 instead of $150. And your account minimum of $360 need to be met in order to receive first withdrawal.

“Personally i think this is too good to be true. No, I am not interested with these terms, i would like to sign up with cj.com’s advertisers. Even if i make $100 from different different advertisers, i will be paid. doesn’t matter i made $30 from two advertisers & $70 from one advertiser, as soon as my total earnings $100 i will be paid. Thanks for your time.

IX Terms of Service are not clear, although they DO pay the numbers that they say, my account is currently at $530.00 and they will NOT pay out until the accounts which have ALREADY PAID (through my referrals) have been in ‘good standing’ for at least 180 days. This means that the term payout is once the $360.00 + worth of accounts have been active for more than 180 days, i.e it takes you two months to reach $360.00, it will take 180 days from the last sign-up.
Be sure to READ all TERMS OF SERVICE as you will be waiting 6 months MINIMUM before you first pay-out.
In addition I sent 2 emails and waiting over a week for a response from their e-mail support line for affiliates, but no response was ever given, I had to go on the live support to get an answer.
My Recommendation: Give your website traffic to someone that will pay out in a respectable time.

Please don’t write reviews if you really don’t know about the stuffs, if you make 8 signup with $50 then you will make $400 and not $40 as you mentioned. $360 is the minimum to get the payment not that you need to keep $360 in the account like bank savings or something
Also to make $10K the minimum amount of signup required is 67 (~10000/150) not 200

hi jay, its not possible to expect/estimate all 150 sales are $150 commission.
200 is the rough figure. it was a quick explaination about the sales require for 10k commision, its not necessary to have 150 or 200 or 300 etc. etc.
cheers!

Then don’t use the word MINIMUM. 67 is the MINIMUM signup required to make 10K not 200.

Hello All
I find ixwebhosting great. It is cheap reliable hosting. I have used Ix for over 5 years now. Before this for over 8 years I had 3 companies that were not as good and charged me a lot more. As an affiliate I have always been paid once I reach the $350. I don’t make a lot of sales because this is not my main business option and I mainly only sell to my down-line or friends only if they ask me or want a hosting account. I find people who complain are the ones who are lazy and would not succeed at an online business.
