This review blog is hosted by IXwebhosting business plan for almost 4 weeks time now, and for the first time i detected server downtime, and my website is not accessible. So does all my other 2 addon domains. Quickly i check on the ixwebhosting.com homepage to get connected to ix support. Unfortunately i can’t get connected as well. My first though is might be my local ISP’s DNS problem, and this can cause website not accessible.

I stating that all my website are down and please help me to check on it.  After a minute and few question asked, they told me its their datacentre maintenance and upgrading work. Thats the reason that caused the downtime. They promised to get my sites back up and running in short time. Actually after the live chat session, i visited my website, including this review blog, its back online.

Total downtime is estimated to be within 10 minutes, and its caused by scheduled maintenance. Cause of its a short duration of interuption and downtime, customer is not necessary to get informed and panic for the 10 minutes time. Well, i can accept that, as long the server is maintained at their best quality.
